Power? Do you mean SpeedBoost? No, there's not.

no speedBoost man ...powerup ex: Nitro / traffic magnet /shiled / instant cooldown / one more lap .. etc

Deci esti roman =) . Acuma deocamdata zice ca nu mai merge, dar daca ai multe powerup-suri am hack cu Instant Power, asta inseamna ca dai din secunda in secunda dar iti manca powerup-surile .

Has an option called "instant Powerups", but there's no real way to get infinite amount of.
But you can use the "Pursuit bot", included here*: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/451-need-s...buy-slots.html
To get many-many power-ups.

* Tick "Pursuit" and press Start, but don't choose anything else.
