You can't save values, you have to enter them again.

Easy way browse memory region from first adress press left mouse butom and select all bites scrolling down until you will reach only 00 00 00 etc. (include 02 02 02 after last squad member name)
then when all is highlight in blue copy and save it like .txt. Now open new ghost and CE and start from the same adress, select array of byte and past it, Start with Prestige adress, if i'm not in wrog is the first adress
