I am interested in making cheats. I don't know anything about it.
Does anybody know a good site or post to begin with?

What you should learn first is to use Cheat Engine and one of programming languages.
Then you can get on more advanced stuff.

First, you've to choose which language you want to use (Most Common ones for hacking: C++ or C#)
Then you google: "LANGUAGE" getting started

Pickup a C# book and start working the basics

To be honest if you just want to make simple cheats for games you don't need to know any programming just learn how to use cheat engine.

If you DO want to learn a programming language and have no prior experience I highly recommend any of the Head First series if you want something that's easy to read and understand and will teach you the basics. But if your just want simple cheats for games stick with cheat engine.
