Will also get you 300-400kH/s in mining scrypt coins like Litecoins, Dogecoins, etc. I own the same GPU and get ~90fps in BF3 on 1920x1200. Might need a bowling ball to set on the case or those fans will propel your desktop into space.

I've got a friend who's brother knows a lot of this and can help me build a PC

Built my $600 pc and i get about 50 fps on medium on bf4, pretty sure you can get 60 on high with $1000.
