Is there a way to get an non-migrated account's email?

Like the title said , Id like to know if there's a way to get an account's e-mail just with the name , because when I go on servers and .scrape the usernames , like 1/2 or more of them are migrated.. Anyone know?

Is there a migrator checker mabye that's what it is.

if you want to get the email of an account that is not migrated just goto mojang.com and dont login just goto the login screen and click the orange text that says "migrate it" at the top and then type in the info of the non migrated account and it will ask you if you want to send the instructions to this email and then it will say the full email.
