Obviously you never used teamspeak that well...
Rise the security level and you will stop most people from coming back after being banned....
Also you can restrict what guest can do, ex. Do not have the required subscribe powers to view other channels.

Well the bans don't do much if you know how to use a vpn or you have a dynamic ip. It's if they failed the setup. you should have it so that new users get put in a guest room and from there have to be approved and get the ability to access other rooms.
