    Same as i replied to you on you're post on the trainer, Luck or be host of a full party. There's no force host at this point.

    was working with bo zombie, only the way to use free dlc: open as many page in your browser at at once when you get online, with streaming or heavy visited page is better, you need bad ping at this moment, then enter and exit lobby more and more time, now after closing browser you are ready to be host... Perhaps need only fast PC and not fast dsl
