Sorry, you need a Intel core Processor to actually update your drivers at Intel Download Center.
You might want to consider switching to an Intel core i7 or an i5.
Seriously, they don't cost that much.

Intel graphics cards actually work quite well, I wouldn't be surprised if he was getting 60 fps on normal settings.
