So i've been getting back into CA lately. I ended up finding a pretty good way to grind 50-160k experience a day.
It's really simple. *If you have a small sized bouncy ball it works perfect for anti-idling*

Of course play in regular server for more experience if not veteran,
Find out the map of the day for experience boost,
Join or host a Arms Race game mode,
Make sure the kills are set to 45,
Also make sure that the game lasts at least 7-10 minutes for more experience
All you need to do is join game and set the ball or some type of small yet heavy object on your keyboard
Once you do that your chacter will move by himself preventing you from getting kicked
Some E-mods might not like this so you could get kicked for doing it, nothing bad on your part.
Roughly for a game with 0 kills but being in the game from the start you'd get 800-1800 experience
Now say you get 10 kills and still started from the begining you would get roughly 1400-2000 experience
Another example with 20 kills would be about 2000-3400 experience.

You can easily get 50k-160k experience a day doing this.

I've been doing it for about an hour a day for a week now and i've ranked up 4 times from 1st LT.

might as well afk in qr games, arms race afking is horrible..

Not when your getting 4k+ exp a game, Plus in Rec k/d doesnt count.

Even when i WIN the game. at 45 kills AND exp passes, i still only get max of 1.5k xp a game. lol...
