Just low-life players that are scared of getting banned yet think it would be cool for them to say "Aww yeah dude I'm Global Elite" but don't want to play any matches because they got boosted and can't hold their own in their rank.

Also, vouch for this service, I would never buy boosting in a competitive game for a worthless "rank" in which you will lose cause you had to get boosted to get there, but they were just cheating aganist Hiko (player of compLexity) shroud (mEclipse) fl0m (Exertus eSports Fl0m) anger (player of compLexity) and Pinksnot.
