hey do we have to give that person credit if u got brushes from devianart becuase i am trying to enter a background into a contest and i would like to use thier brushes but i don't have any money to pay just to use thier brush and also i can't add there anem and stuff on the background for the contest or else it will not be accepted wat should i do i don't want to get sued by them just cause i wanted to win a contest.

OK i guess i will try to do that i mean it looks awsome right now this ninja dude in the corner with c4d and japanese writing on the side its coming out pretty good i think I will see if i can put a link and thier name in the description or something like a watermark i hope its acceptable

Unless stated otherwise you can use the brushes. Also look if there is a creative commons licence in place.
