Clan Chat shows me offline

I've had this problem for years, but can't seem to truly fix it. I dont know why this happens. When i log in i go to my clan chat it shows me online. A few minutes later it doesnt. I cant chat in the clan and the clan members can't see me as online. Everyone is showed offline.

Anyone else have this problem? is there a fix? I tried with another computer in my house and it does the same thing. I know re-installing it doesn't work! Any ideas?!?

ok when u log in try to not do noting for 10 secs den do wht ever u want it helps me type in clan chat

LoL. I play CA since few years but that thing never happened... you could try to left and then rejoin the clan, maybe it helps.
