I am Gonna Release my Own Files called Sword Shine 2D v1 (S2D v1 For short)

I will put link when im done putting in MFire...i cant Virus scan it because the file is too large...Maybe 200 MB...I cant make it in parts because it may get corrupted...or some things will be missing!

I got a day or so ban for directing someone to an outside link with other info. Luckily I was unbanned soon after appealing and I was able to finish the tut in a timely fashion :3

He isnt talking about his internal IP. His actual IP from his ISP is dynamic. It likes to change and when it changes you need to re set up anything that relies on that IP

NOIp provides a subdomain that knows your IP (external)
