Actually it can, i know a lot of people that have had this problem. One of my mates even went to buy a PSG, but it said he already had one and it would ad the time on. So he clicked cancel but he had no PSG, so he turned the game off and when he put it back on he had his PSG but the game took no money off his account.

I was: Level 16, Dinar 34K (banned through my IP)
I'm Now: Level 6, Dinar 20K
