every account i log onto gets perm muted instantly

Okay so for awhile now every runescape account i log onto gets perm muted instantly. ive tried logging in with a vpn (still muted) ive tried without vpn .....youve guess right! still muted. The account can be unactive for 2 years but as soon as i login somehow i instantly get muted for (website advertisment severe mute) macroing evidence. I kinda want an explanation and maybe some suggestions on whats going on? anyone got osme ideas on how to fix this problem?

hm, i'm not sure but they might have IP Banned you? or not banned, but they have put soem sort of check on your ip? try resetting your IP and see if it works after that.

no he used a vpn and still got muted so nothing to do with ip

If all the accounts were created under the same IP then they could just be muting them that way but it only takes effect once you log in.

its only as soon as i log in. Every account i phish the second i log on it gets perm muted weather i have my vpn connected or not.

They could be doing it through your HWID
