Flaming staff

Before I say anything, no this is not related to Royce's demotion stuff.

I was just wondering why so many staff are allowed to flame people and they get no consequences?
I mean, I respect most staff and stuff but I always see a staff member starting shit and then the victim gets banned for
Saying something back?
Yes, I get that this is the internet and nothing really matters but staff are meant to try and keep people on the website and solve problems (I guess), not to try and drive members away.

I think it's a pretty shitty thing for a STAFF member to do since they are meant to set an example for the people of this community.

As staff you're told not to answer back if someone insulted / disrespected you.
They usually start by making us mad and they think they're cool after disrespecting staff so he gets banned, Some staff answer back and that's wrong.
I personally report and done, simple, I don't have time to keep answering kids all the time.

Staff Reply: stfu kid, you're fucker (Infraction, Staff doesn't get banned, In some cases they get banned but not all of the time so they receive an infraction.)

I said to you, I meant no disrespect. It was not even an insult to you. It was an insult to the idiot who tried his best to iinsult you with a shitty name. I was giving an example. You banned me for no good reason besides baiting me and then when I bite you go for the ban.

And what I meant by my understanding of infractions was that I didn't know staff got infractions for flaming

Happens so many times, Staff are above higher authority then us Reggies. They can do what they want. they can flame us all they want, once we take that bait its end of story and you are banned for "Insulting a staff member" happen so many times.. and i don't ever see it being resolved. Most staff have a huge ego and once you fracture that ego there is no stopping of what they can do. Since they are staff.. The upperstaff like Liz and Dave will always take there side over yours..
