well, TECHNICALLY no one can flame anyone since flaming is something you can get reported for and eventually banned but it still slips through
i think nothing happens when a staff member flames someone is because too many people see staff members as overlords

Here's what you do. If you see a staff member flaming, report it. The GMs will deal with it. Simple as that. We'll make sure everyone involved is dealt with.
