Did it on the first try on windows 7 64bit.
Here is how you do it:
1) Inject the dll
2) Create BD room, before you press start game press END key and 1 (not numpad, just the one above Q)
3) Press Start Game
4) Enjoy

Because the number 1 button is not working for this hack. You just need to press END button only. (_ _!!)

Hack working , but the hack does not have affect my riffle , my riffle is Elite 3rd but theres no effect on it.
*Sniper , Pistol , Grenade and SMG is working fine
Tested and worked on Window 7 64-Bit and 32-Bit!
