    Im probably guessing you can only get it by being a member or using 2400 ac but is their a completely free way of getting it.

    The keyword is "might". It's happened a few times with the other classes, so it's plausible that it'll happen with this one. It won't happen anytime soon however so unless the class is broken, I don't see a reason to buy it.
