Seems like you have high latency. If youre using any 3rd party applications for hacking or exploit purposes they may be just that.

Edit: it appears that if you run the cf patcher as admin it should work.

You can also go to Speedtest.net to check your connection. It will connect to the closest node server, which means your computer will connect to the closest server hosted at your very location to ensure accuracy. From the link go ahead and click the button to begin the test. If your ping is high then there may be an issue. Pings from 35 and below are usually normal.

If the ping is normal, then crossfire definitely detected your hacks and might lack a "Hack" login message.
