Well if you equip a grenade and hold the left mouse button, wait for someone to kill you and the grenade will be thrown up and kills the enemy nearby you

Actually, not true. In my cases, the grenade will not 'blow up' you have to drop it at some point. Also, if that is true then I would be dead by now a lot. It's not a COD easter egg it's nothing.
