I recently purchased a LoL ELO Boost from a user I will not disclose.
I needed placement matches done.
He was quite sick at the time and played 2 placements, of which both were lost.

He then contacted me to tell me that he was stopping the job, and that he wasn't going to boost my account anymore.

What exact repayment am I entitled to?

Depends on what division he said he would get you into. Since you lost 2, pretty much guarantees that you will be ranked in Silver (if you win all 8). So if he promised you a Gold division entry, then take the cost of how much it take to ELO boost you from, say Silver 3 or 4, to Gold 5 and that's how much he should pay you back. If that makes sense.
