Severe headaches, right, go see your doctor asap.
It's definitely something fixable, the headaches suggest you must have hit your head or something along those lines, the longer you leave the the more serious it may get.
Go see a doctor, I mean like right now.

It's a little early, I'll make an appointment for tomorrow or as soon as I can.

I haven't hit my head on anything, it was kind of spontaneous, the headache.

Yes, ASAP would be for the best.

You can actually hit your head and not even know it.
It could be a whole range of things here, something like your blood pressure being too low, not giving enough oxygen to your brain, easily fixable.
So just sit tight, don't panic and wait for a doctor.

Like I said, it could be a range of different things, completely and utterly unrelated to these voices, that are actually causing them.

Your worst case scenario is that you are showing signs of schizophrenia.
Which I highly doubt unless you have some history of it in your family.

Alright. I know something is definitely wrong if I have them in the first place. The stress and bad diet seem to fit me most, unless there's a problem I can't see that's more serious.

No history of that in my family that I know of.
