Nexon File Has Malware

Ok, so i ran weekly anti-malware scan today and it picked up a combat arms file. This is the first time this has happened and since everyone is saying nexon is invading our privacy i think they use this to do it. It cannot be deleted either it just magically reappears when i remove it... It is also picked up by Verizon now, And my firewall keeps alerting me that some CA file is trying to access the internet.
Definition for a Packer.
Is used to install other malware which transforms the infected machine into a spam relay.
