Need help with Ap Purchasing

I put $40 on my steam account because i didn't remember my stuff for my aeria account. i went in game and clicked the ADD AP button, but when i clicked the amount an error popped up and said "Transaction Failed Due To Unknown Reason (ERROR CODE:0) I've heard that I just had to wait like 20-30 minutes but i tried after 2 hours and i still get the error. I am hoping i didn't just waste my 40$. Someone please help me.

Please don't insult fellow MPGH members please as he may have misread your post.

I would wait up to 24 hours and then send a ticket into Aeria Billing support with your transaction code and email.

Aeria doesn't support the add ap button anymore for steam members so they false advertised me... wasted $40

Send a ticket into Steam then and ask them what the problem is. I'm sure they will help you.
