Need some virus removing help

K, removed the virus myself, as my antivirus was goofing off, I deleted the main file, so it doesn't show up on startup etc.

Run adwcleaner and combofix just in case.

Run adwcleaner and combofix just in case.

Running Combofix isn't advised unless done under the supervision of a trained person, it could delete something important accidentally.

I highly suggest running MBAM (MalwareBytes) along side your current Anti-Virus. I also suggest download there application called Chameleon, you can find the application and information on it here on the MalwareBytes website.

You still got a copy of the file or a link to where it came from, I'm interested as to how it works. Want to reverse engineer it.

Yes, but using MalwareBytes is still suggested, even though the source is removed there could still be some pieces of the malware in the computer, it's more of a "Just to be safe" procedure.

Suprised NOSTEAM gave out a virus, they are pretty trusted. It might have been leached back into the torrent pool by uploaders.
