I'm not sure if this particular one works, but the first hack he posted which used the same method, it kept popping up missing .dll errors, and if you google the .dll's it takes you to a site where you can download them. My problem in that, was is it gave me two options to download from; a 64 bit version, and a 32 bit version. Seeing as though I have a 64 bit computer, I thought oh, okay, it's the 64 bit version it needs. Turns out that was wrong. it needed the same version as the hack was coded in, which was the 32 bit version. There's lots of things to try. Are you new at hacking at all? Or get a new PC? Or upgrade operating systems? Or do anything that would restore new, or newer files onto your PC?
