Nova Launcher Prime, 12 x 6 grid, photoshopped wallpaper, single homescreen. Simple RSS, HD Widgets, Colorform, Powertoggle, Click UI icons. It's running on ICS right now, but the same setup will work on kitkat. Probably even better. Can't wait to do a similar thing to my S5.
