How to beat Morgana?

How do you beat a Morgana in lane? We all know that her W can take the caster minions at level3 so she can passive farm like a boss. Also, her Q as well as her black shield makes her ungankable, just what beats ehr?

Sure you can easily say 'dodge snare' but that just means that you won't get pwned by her, it won't help you to win the lane. Morgana will just keep farming and her W makes your positioning awkward, as you don't want to stand around in it.
Althought I guess instant stuns can work against her shield, things like Veigar's E, so she can't use any abilities at all whilst taking the full combo from the enemy.

I would say yasuo because he has high damage output and his wall blocks morgana's q. He can also dash away which will in turn cancel her Ult.

A really good way to beat Morgana is to have either better wave clear or high burst. Orianna and Gragas for example have low cooldowns and are mobile enough to dodge her snare while also clearing minion waves faster. They also have the burst to get rid of Morgana's shield really fast. Because of this, you can abuse Morgana's long cooldown for her shield and bait it out, then any jungler will be really helpful.
