I injected the hack at the main menu. As soon as a game starts loading my game crashes. I used Extreme Injector and I have a Windows 7 64bit.

dude i am unable to activate hacks by using insert key i press fn and then insert and nothing happened and i hace hp laptop so can any one tell me its solution and may be tell me how to change that button from insert to may be button "/"?

Yes it is disable but just for iw3mp.exe and for all others it is still enabled and i am not able to activate it on win 8.1 through hp laptop :'(

Activate what ? If you're trying to activate the menu, try Fn+Insert.
