Use a the TOR onion browser. It is a little bit slow BUT you can ask for a fake IP Address and it will give you one on the spot.

First off I don't believe you, and this post should be deleted.

Steam accounts are hardware locked to the users PC. The only way to unlock the HWID is to know the users Email address and password for a confirmation code. Then most steam users also have a cell phone linked to their account for an additional code.

Now lets say you did manage to get a users account- You couldn't use it cause of the HWID lock. The only way is if you hacked their email address password, which isn't easy either. Internet security has increased over the past 10 years its harder to get some ones IP address then it is their email. Phishing is dam near gone or dead and some noob with 2 posts on this website I doubt could code his way out of his desktop manager. Which completely nulls the ideal of you creating a key logger to steal someone's email. Hacking an email address doesn't belong in the steam forum anyhow.

Not to mention the unethical thought of even doing such a thing and then have the gull to be proud of it.
