A friend hast test it and everything is included and works fine!

when I extract all of it and try to run the game, it crashes upon starting.

I know your problem so do this:

Did you have Win7 x64bit?
Google Visual Studio 2013 (Please official microsoft site!!!) and download/install 2 files "vcredist_x64.exe & vcredist_x86.exe"
Dont do this with Visual Studio 2014! Dosnt work!

It actually ran this time, but now it gets stuck at the press any key screen. If I press a key, the game stops responding and forces me to close it.

ok sounds tricky
it starts now but it crashed after "press any key"
Ok i have some questions:

Did you hear the sound/song at the start? (headshot Song)
Did you have try to wait the intro finished (maybe it loads and if you press to fast any keys it crashed)
Did your game works fine without PiratePerfection?
Have you tryd steamrepair?
Press rightclick at your Steamlibary on Payday2 > properties > local data > check game files on error (it needs maybe a littlebit time but when its finished tell me if it download something)

Works great! Thank you both. I have a question though: Does it work online? I set Steam to offline and played on Solo Crimenet to get difficult achievements. I dont want to host cheat or troll randoms i just want that gorgeous iron sights with the LMGs.

Nevermind i just realized i was actually online, Steam apparently can't detect this and i am not gonna try it online just in case.

I downloaded this and placed the winrar file in my payday 2 file(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PAYDAY 2) and when I "extract files here" it gives me two error messages

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PAYDAY 2\Payday2PiratePerfectionV13_mpgh.net.rar: Checksum error in trainer\media\effects\bleedyou.mp3. The file is corrupt

Then when I press close it shows the files in the payday 2 folder but when I load up the game from payday2_win32_release.exe it says "The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Yet when I take the 1 folder and 2 files out (Trainer, iphlpapi.dll, and PD2Hook.yml) the game starts and runs perfectly. Thank for your time.
