1. running as admin
2. disabling DEP
3. update your .NET framework

I have disabled DEP and installed networks. 4.5.1 the latest
and I run it as administrator and it still does not work and I have tried to
injece it does not work, it comes with error and have tried 4 different ons ...

I had the problem of it not working in V1 a little while back and found a solution to it but because this is V2 I cant guarantee this will work. When you start up ghost multi-player make sure you have already clicked on Play Online (or whatever it says, basically let it get to the screen were it loads up all your stats) and then start the hack as admin. Hope I helped!
