Any idea how to get rid of these 3 motherfuckers?

Could be bubbles or specs of dirt underneath. Try what @Aborted said and if that doesn't work, peel it up and find a way to remove the dirt.

If there is a dust particle, it will not go away as the dust would stick to the screen guard, if not you can just press it with your nail and drag the bubble to the end of the screen.
