I'd say it's a good idea to go, you'll most likely be referred to a psychologist who'll help you out
Well you should, if the depression thing is serious.
I'd say it's pretty important, get on some medication and see if you feel better.
I mean its all up to you. If you think that you aren't able to deal with it yourself, you should seek help. I personally don't think popping pills doesn't fix anything.
Usually all you need is someone to talk you and let you vent...I'm always here if you need someone
Well you should talk to someone to identify if you have depression and how serious it is.
Depression doesn't have to be a personal battle. Tell your family and friends; talk to someone.
k I'm a verified doctor and I know how to treat your depression in 3 steps
1) Go to Pururin.
2) Masturbate to glorious lolicon hentai
3) Repeat step 2.
I've dealt with depression all my life. Taking pills, and talking to people has never made anything worse, and has often made things worse for me.
Although that's my case, I know some people who's depression was treated by taking pills, or it did help them by talking to a psychologist.
It's honestly what you think will help, if you think you can deal with whatever you're going through on your own, then do so. If you think you need/want help, then go get some. It's nothing mandatory though.
Talk to family/friends first before you go to a doctor. Chances are, they'll be able to help you much better than a doctor would.
It's not all that important if you know how to handle it.
Or until you start having seizures caused by it.
