Transferring mobile credit to paypal?

Has anyone got a clue how this could be done?

I've got 15 euros on my phone, and I would like to exchange as much as I can to paypal.
Any help is appreciated.

I did this for 25 euro's once. 10 euro was the max I could get so I denied, but chances you're going to get much out of it are highly unlikely.Good luck finding the right person though!

Have you never tried paying to a site like z8games via sms or calling?
It's the same way, but with this the dude you're texting or calling accepts the phone credit and then sends you the money over PayPal.

I have absolutely no idea if you can do that. But I know the opposite is impossible, so the other way around might be impossible too, probably

I think you can transfer credit back to your bank account, and from there into paypal.
