Huge Lag Spikes

So recently I bought a new graphics card. (ASUS r9 270x DIRECTCU2 TOP)
I mostly want to play BF4 BF3 and so on.
With my previous graphics card I had stable 60 FPS in both of those games. BF3 high BF! medium.
But now sometimes I get huge lag spikes ON THE SAME SETTING.
I tried varius dirvers, even reinstalled Windows, I tried it with Windows 7 and 8.1 but everything was the same.
CPU: AMD 965 BE 3.7 GHZ

i think, your cpu is the problem, my friend played on ultra with 100 now he can play on medium with 100. something in his cpu broken or overheat not sure.
