i mean will it delete the virus too?
To me it just seems like a viral page. Unless that page keeps opening on its own randomly, or whenever you open your browser.
Don't click anything on that page or call that number.

I'm not sure why you haven't been banned yet.
bannned? from mpgh ?? sorry i have other problems right now
Open your browser and navigate to a known trusted page, such as Google for example. In any case, if that page (its a website) keeps popping up randomly or regardless of the website you're on, you have a virus.
If not, it could have just been accidentally opened by you by clicking or a popup

i doesnt pop up right now but the strange thing was that my whole wifi access stopped working earlier and i had to shutdown but it took soo long so i took the power away and then i got that pic after i started firefox
To double check you can restart your computer and then open your browser and check. If it doesn't pop up still, you're most likely safe.
You should first, if not already done, run a full scan with your Antivirus. If you don't have one, I suggest you get something like ESET Smart Security 7. There's a free trial which you can use for now. You can crack it or find accounts to use for it later.
