I open the .exe of your hack, and apply some things and click inject. Then go in-game and click insert/delete and nothing appears.
Whatever I select from the menu once I alt + tab out of game injects to the game, but no in-game menu will appear with Aimbot, ESP, and the other cool features...

On the menu when I alt + tab there is no ESP, Aimbot, One Hit kill, etc. Any Ideas?

(Also, I have disabled DEP and run the game in windowed mode.)

No, you don't have to buy the game, you can use external hacks on Tekno or internal&external hacks on PlusMW3.
