Found Something Today

So uhh I was poking around my game files today as im making myself a few minor texture mods and I found something rather... disturbing in GUNS_T_PV_THROWING (warning open at your own risk, because if im not mistaken nexon has placed a .dtx of an infected's anus in the game files)

is it safe?

In cabin fever, the white zombies that throw flashes. That's the texture for the projectile. They're like balls.
