    Files are corrupted.

    I'm trying to download a private server for offline single player on Realm Of The Mad God, but every zip I download is corrupted. Help please?

    I did and that method does not work at all, I downloaded the files more than 20 times an they all failed.

    Maybe ask the person who uploaded it to email you a link or something? The corrupt files are a known issue. Not much you can do about it sadly.
