Doesn't work with 0.46!!!

It does work in 0.46. You're probably just doing something wrong or you haven't realized the change they made to dragging in the inventory.

It does the one who is going to take stuffs, have to put his own stuffs on the ground than take on the stuffs from the duped player to his own character.

Yes this still works with 0.46. I do the this glitch regularly and I will delete if it ever gets patched. Sad thing is, on the DayZ SA changelog they have this glitch as a known issue, lmao. So it will probably get patched in the coming updates. :/

jesus christ can someone explain me how you do it? everytime i exit&rejoin a server i get 30-60-90 seconds spawn time...and no clone of course

Works pretty well, not to hard to do either (Yes, it do works at 0.46, havent tried it on Experimental yet though)
