i downloaded a file a few days ago , at begin when i scan it, it had 0/52 ( virustotal)
and 1 day leter after a new patch i scan the same program it had 1/52
and yesterday when i scan the program it had 24/52
and i asked the program coder why its like that , he told me that he did unpack the program thats why its found as virus or something
is he lieng or dose it happens when you unpack/pack a program ?

The code might be detected, It depends on the String of code mate... Some trojans use the same String, so technically it's a false positive.

Might be patched/detected.
You need to remove anything related to the download. Also run malware anti-bytes and a antivirus. A Trojan.Msil is a trojan that attempts to steal sensitive information and then attempts to send it back to a remote attacker. And that's just one of the many things you downloaded.
