the picture u have is on the age of a 18 year old account because if your try change it when u in game or anything it will not let you, and if you go in to the folder and change it to gore 1.0 it will change it back to normal once u press start

i just played on server 5 with blood effect on and it worked fine also this server and server 4 seemed to give a lower ping for me (i ised to play on server 1 but theres more ping than on these 2 ).
and yes about 5th slot , i tried but u can equip weapons on it for some reason
