Yup. You can see the 'smoke' coming out as they pour it in. The pipe it comes through has ice all over it, and the bowl they use to mix it also has ice forming on it when they prepare it.

Otherwise, I'm surprised not a lot of people have heard of Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream. It's a must try and I thought it was really popular...
