WTB IRC chat bot

looking for someone to make an irc chat bot with a web panel. 80$ for setup and 10 bucks per help request after product is setup (includes small changes and small updates)

Please provide more details (like features you expect: auto-reply, etc).

80 isn't much, but I'm doing project to learn irc (I've never used, tbh): no guarantee on the help requests/updates.
-I'll probably post a majority of the source here on mpgh (only generic irc stuff, nothing 'bot' related) when it's finished.

The "web panel" part probably requires you to set up port-forwarding on your home router (assuming you'll be doing this off a home based pc? Connected to home network via router?): you know what I'm talking about?

abuckau, for how long have you been programming in general?
Because you seem to have aloot of knowledge in alot of programming languages.

@gresan6 I got my first programming book at around 15, and am now 25, so ~10 year ..but that's not 10 yrs of actual coding experience....mostly just reading and thinking about it. I only know/use two languages : )
