If you can't access MPGH
You will need to use a proxy. Apparently no connections can be made to servers in Netherlands. Its also you have the ISP Verizon. Contact your ISP to fix this.

i can see why isp's would try to blacklist a hacking site, just not this one, it isnt about harmful hacking (for the most part)
