same here from 120 fps to 12-20 also xvp server ping from 40 up to 150 and even change graphic to minimum from high did nothing.
I will appreciate if someone finds out what is causing all this fps + ping drop

I think i found solution kinda strange but did worked for me. I hope i will work for others to

Download : "Razer Game Booster" - use google
Install and Launch "Razer Game Booster"
Go to UTILITIES--->DEFRAG press it and use button ADD GAME point to WoTLauncher.exe (Default location C:\Games\World_of_Tanks ) then press defrag
After finish defrag repeat defrag the only thing this time select WorldOfTanks.exe (Default location C:\Games\World_of_Tanks ) and then press defrag
after all defragging finish press GAMES at the top of Razer app
and Launch game if you can find there World of Tanks use appropriate buttons and add game to "Razer Game Booster"

This way i got back to the same frame rate (FPS) and ping

I tested it and it worked fine with me... the only things that i modified is the zoom of it coz it's have x10 maximum and i made it to x30....... All we got to do now is to wait for the upcoming 9.2 cheats/mods and i am hoping that it'll come up soon.... THANKS ONCE AGAIN...... KUDOSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

FIX THIS LASER PLZ! its showing me enemy is shooting the floor, then i get direct hit!
Or it is not showing his laser anyway
