hello yesterday i make paypal and i fake information that i live on canada and after i got some money on it i try to buy something from some stores but i got limited and it asks me to provide


1: proof of address

2: to link bank account to my paypal or to Provide proof of existence of business

Proof of Address needs to be an Utility bill with the exact same address and name in his Paypal account, so anything you provide will not be accepted.
@trustar14 makes utility bills with Photoshop, trust me, they look real good.
