banned because of spamming

i won't spam again.
are al my post deleted PERM? or when i got it back its going online again?
and how is it going with the thread of nagtmonster ? because he isnt banned yet.
and ofcourse the account what i was selling?
please unban me so i can check these threads and i'll not spam again,
if it isn't possible i completely understand that and i'll wait 3 days.

If you got banned for spamming then that's your own fault. Not sure who deleted your Scam Report @stahli which was on-going so maybe @Liz @BACKD00R @Hero or @Flengo can help you here. The scam report should not have been deleted as it needs to be resolved first to see who the scammer was.

so it actually means i need to wait 3 days and make a new thread about nagtmonster ?
and the guy who bought the account reacted also but thats deleted now to -,-
and i completely understand that i'm banned for spamming and need to wait 3 days but it also means 3 more days to let nagtmonster scam, and thats what i really ant to avoid.

You were spamming, and you admitted saying that was doing it to increase posts to post links.
